First I would like to thank you and congrat. for very good app. The only one feature I am missing is information about time spent on the tasks. I know there was some discussion about timer and you already plan to add some form of timer (stopwatch, pomodoro etc.).
For the beginning I will suggest more simple, but very helpful solution - add to each task two boxes for manual input:
Estimated time: 15h Spent time: 14h .
And count it in Overview. This will be very useful information for management and for invoicing the tasks, rating the employees etc. Later, when stopwatch timer will be added, this can be used to fill "Spent time".
Hi Peggy. Some time two complicated tasks can be much more work than 20 simple tasks. The another idea behind is to know, how much work was done ad how much is at the front of us...
Something like this: (? = Estimated time ! = Spent time)
