Hi Joshua, please check if you have set “At the time” for Remind Upcoming Tasks with Due Time in the Settings page.
Account Settings > Reminders > Remind Upcoming Tasks with Due Time
If you have already set it like above, could you help to clear cache and restart your phone then reinstall the Quire app. Please let me know if it works. Thank you.
