How do you keep track of these suggestions and decide which ones to work on? It would be nice if we could vote on other people's suggestions to help you prioritize. I see some with a ♥1 by them, but don't know how to add a vote.

Thanks for the explanation. When I hover over the heart in the detail panel, the hint says "Favorites". I might have been less confused if it said "Like" or "Upvote".
