#2177: Quire Feedback

On macOS Firefox using a trackpad. When I try to scroll, it does not scroll like a regular web page, it moves at light speed, making it very difficult to use. About three regular swipes (or one flick) gets me through the entire Quire Feedback Active Tasks list.
I tried the same in Chrome and scrolling seems to work normally there.
