Hi Joshua, GTD method is one way of using Quire. But it really depends on how the user wants to set up his/her Quire workspace. How we suggest our users to set up Quire is to view “Projects” like real life projects that they are working on at work/home. E.g. a project could be named as “New website Launch”, “Team Weekly Meeting”, and so on.

Hi Christian, you could add projects from different organizations to a Smart folder. But the smart folder can only have up to 5 projects for now.

No current setup makes more sense, I am recommending quire for multiple projects with different people and I don't want them to see different projects. Keep it please 😃
