I'm having so many push reminders from quire and it's hard to use them and bell notification area in app too. It becomes useless as doesn't show the actual count of forgotten tasks
Preconditions
- Have a task with due date or (date and time)
- Got notification "Remember to complete a task"
Any of these actions:
- Tap on a push notification (Android)
- Tap on a task in app to open details
- Tap on a task and change due date
- Complete a task by long swipe right
- Complete a task by checking the circle box
Expected result:
- push notification disappear
- AND notification marked as read in the "bell" list inside app
Actual result:
- Push notification remains until I swipe or tap it
- OR Bell icon counts this notification as unread
hi @peggy , seems like the android app still doesn't update push notifications accordingly to the current status, is it right?

@peggy As per ticket description, completing a task should lead to clearing the popup reminder for that task.

Hi, in our latest update, we added a new function where you can delete the notifications from the notification panel.
Hover over the notification and click the trash icon to remove it from the notification panel.
We understand that this is not exactly what you are looking for, but we do hope that this helps declutter your notification panel 💪
