Hi @thboss49 ,

Let’s say you set Sept 12 as the task start date and due date as Sep 16.

If Sept 12 were in the future, our system would remind you based on the start day (Sept 12). In this scenario, the setting “Remind Upcoming Tasks” in your Account Settings will be based on the start date.

However, if Sept 12 already passed, our system would remind you based on the due date of the task (which in this case, is Sept 16).

Simply put, if the start date is in the future, Quire system will remind you based on the start date. If the start date is already in the past, Quire system will remind you based on the due date.

In your case, we’re not sure on which day you’ve set your start and due dates. However, there’s indeed a known bug in our system causing you not getting the notification. Our team is actively fixing this issue and the next release will solve your problem.

(Sorry that this reply got a little bit long.... 😂 )

I understand. Thanks for the detailed answer. However i wanted to know if there is a way to make an alert, that is repated, not onley at start/due time, But also each day at fixed time. Something like: Each day riminder to get the new dog out at 6 o'clock

Is it what you need?

Hi @thboss49 , if you set the task to repeat every day. When you complete the task for today, our system will create a new task for tomorrow, then our system will send out another notification for you. Is this what you are looking for? (this is actually the same reply from another feedback because I think you are asking about the same thing.. 😜 )

Hi lior, please tell us the start date and time, due date and time, and the repeating pattern (if have any) that you have set to the task. The more detailed, the better. Screenshots could also help a lot. Thank you.
