Is there a way to see only the tasks that have been assigned to me. The my tasks section seems to have everything I’ve interact with and it’s really confusing. I’d like to be able to see just “my tasks” or at least be able to control what’s in that section, it seems a bit random to me at the moment.

Hi @kyle.langley , we will have a new My Tasks in the future. So this probably won't be an issue once it rolls out.
