I would like it if my completed sub-bullet tasks didn't disappear if I complete the main task (ie: "create a document" is the task, and I have a sub-bullet of "send document to Jane"). My first step is to create the document, which I want to check off, but when I do the entire task disappears and I haven't done step 2 of sending it to Jane.
Hi @nicole.jansen , unfortunately this is our spec, we assume users had already finished all the subtasks when they complete a parent task. I suggest you could create a task called “Document”, and make both “create a document” and “send document to Jane” as its subtask. Also, you could switch the list to All Tasks, then you will be able to see all the completed tasks. Hope this helps. 😭

We need more people who know what they are doing. Not less.

Hi all - We have an update. Right now, when the subtasks are not in sight, and when you complete or delete a parent task, a warning dialog will appear. You can also tick the 'Do not show again' option for warning not to show in the future. I hope this helps.

Might be OK if the warning appears once, with a "Don't show again" checkbox. I don't experience this issue, but I understand someone might.

Please, no warning buttons. It's really annoying...
