It just doesn't make sense to apply deadlines to even small tasks since we are supposed to break down tasks for evenly distributing workloads, especially when each task is in hours or even minutes

It looks like you are looking for something like custom fields, so you can create an extra field and put down any information you like.

Actually, it would be really nice to be able to pick any number as un estimate. This is something applied in Scrum methodology to pick the estimated difficulty of the task. It's not necessarily an absolute metric such as hours, instead its relative to what each team has fixed. You know that a task with 8 points will take double the time than a task with 4 points, but the value of a point in time changes from one team to the other.

Hi @newman.kcchow , thank you for your request. We were wondering... do you wish to only see the estimate hours (shown like what we have right now, the due dates in the list view)? Or you wish that when you set a start time with an estimated hour/minute, Quire will set a due time automatically for you? Please share your thoughts with us, we would love to know. Thanks so much 😜
