Reminders just come as normal notifications on the Android app & users like me clear all notifications at once.
There should be an option of Intrusive Reminder- which uses full screen to display reminder.
Also an alarm for it would be nice- you have to snooze or dismiss it.
This way users would be absolutely reminded of the tasks.
[In short, like in Alarm clock apps - if there's an alarm- it occupies fullscreen & gives option to snooze/dismiss]
Also after the reminder is dismissed- there should be a permanent notification in android notification panel- which cannot be swiped off/dismissed. There would be options to change reminder time, or Mark as Done. This will do the job of follow up.
Hope you got these 2 ideas.

Please note while setting reminder- user would be provided with option whether to enable fullscreen/alarm reminder or not. We should give the option & not force everybody.

Hi Nakshatra, it would be hard to tell you a percentage now. I will let you know when the team has more news.
