#2554: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

Hey,

I have started using quire now with other team members and most is looking good. However there are still couple of things that would make it better and perhaps a possible bug...

Firstly, I feel there is certainly a need for sub lists within each project. For example, we use the organisations for each business we manage, then each project is for certain area of that business (accounting, management, website etc), then in each project there should be sublists so that tasks can be added to a more specific category. Right now we have to do it with subtasks but it doesn't work quite the same way and tasks can often be marked as complete inaccurately and they also show up on searches for tasks etc.

Secondly, I added my first employee and then when I view their profile they seemed to have the exact same project stats as was on my profile? I would like to see exactly who has what and how many tasks are overdue.

Finally, it would be great to be able to save employees to a parent organisation and then be able to assign them to the other organisations instead of needing to invite by email each time.

Thanks.

Hi @r.sorrell , having sublists are on our radar, I will let you know once I have an update.

For the progress stats in Member's Overview, it should only show the stats according to the tasks in the Tasks tab.

What are the tasks that will show up in the member's Tasks tab? It includes tasks that are assigned to that member, created by that member without assignees but with start or due dates in any project and his/her personal tasks.

I will pass the "having a parent/master organization" suggestion to the team. Thanks for your feedback.
