Hi @r.sorrell , thanks, I will pass "having a master/parent organization" idea to the team. š

No. I have a pool of developers that work across many āorganisationsā. Then as we progress and take on a new organisation I want to assign a couple of developers to it without assigning the whole team and without needing to put in their emails and get them to accept each time. As a media company we always have new organisations joining and donāt want to do this each time. We should be able to add members to a parent organisation, which would be our company, and then assign the developers and other staff to a project and organisations much more easily.

That is a possibility. It will require all staff to remember each time to avoid a task getting ālostā. I do hope that Quire can have it so we can have a more permanent way of doing it. Everything else so far has been pretty good so as time goes on I do expect them to iron out these things. Sooner rather than later hopefully.

Hello @peggy, that seems to be adding a team to a task? Unless I am missing something, I don't want to have to create a team for each possible combination... It also needs to be easier to add previously added members. You should be able to add members to a parent organisation and then assign them to any organisation or project.

Hi @r.sorrell , here's how you can assign multiple assignees to one task.

Hi @r.sorrell , if the members are already in your project, when you click on the assignee icon, you should be able to see a dropdown menu of the members.
Click on the "Add to assignees" icon on the right of each member's name to add the member as the multiple assignees.
Is this what you are looking for?
