Hello

I see my quire.io list on a surface laptop, I'm trying to scroll the list up and down using my fingers on the screen or the "two fingers" move on the touchpad, but I cannot scroll. No problem using wheel on the mouse. ... but when i'm on the go, I don't always have a mouse :op

Hi. Using edge on windows 10, can't scroll with two fingers using the touchpad, but I can on chrome. On both, edge and chrome on win 10, can't scroll with touchscreen

update: scrolling with two fingers on the touchpad works on chrome, but not on edge. no way to scroll on the touch screen, either with chrome or edge. @peggy

@peggy Thanks ^^. And as you may know, edge is the only browser allowed on windows 10S (installed on microsoft surface tablets)

I also had this trouble on my Chromebook tablet T_T

It's really annoying.

Did you try changing settings to mobile version?

In chrome menu there is sometimes an option.

Hi all, issues on both Microsoft Surface and Chromebook should be fixed. 🎉

Hi @joshuarobison.biz , could you please let me know the desktop-chrome browser version that you are currently using on your Chromebook? Thanks.

Peggy, Dec 19, 2019

Hi @joshuarobison.biz ,

I use a chromebook and when I use the desktop-chrome browser , I have this issue.

Do you mean the issue happens when using the touchpad (scrolling with two fingers on the touchpad), right? Just making sure, so I don't pass the wrong information to the team, thanks for your help!
