#2683: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

When I mark a master task with a due date, e.g. Today, I'd expect all the subtasks to have the same due date, or an earlier one if manually specified.

If I only mark the master task with a due date, then sorting by due date doesn't show all the subtasks under that master task. The subtasks remain in the 'Unscheduled' section, and they are under the wrong the master task too — definitely a bug!

Hi @miraan.tabrez , this isn’t a bug. We treat parent task and subtask as their own individual task. Subtask’s due date doesn’t necessarily have to follow the parent task’s due date, it can has its own due date.

If you want the subtasks to be in the same group as the parent task, you would need to set the subtask’s due date first, in your case, set them to Today first. Hope this helps.
