#2732: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

The change I'm suggesting would mean this: When the parent task is collapsed, all changes to it apply to child tasks as well. When the parent task is expanded, then changes only apply to the parent task.

There could be a pop-up warning with "Don't show again" checkbox if you're worried about people not understanding it.

Reasoning: I'm REALLY wishing for a quick way to make changes to all child tasks, without having to invest a few precise clicks to select them. Precise clicking takes energy and causes some frustration if we intuitively feel that something could be solved simpler.

Thanks for the great app once again, these are just little kinks that annoy me.

Hi @ic , you could multiple select all the children tasks at once by using Shift + mouse click/up and down arrow. Then apply the changes (i.e. due date, assignee, etc) to the tasks using the bottom menu bar. Does this help?

Thansk you, but in this case it doesn't help, as I knew it already, and it doesn't satisfy the criteria of a 'really quick way' to make the change.

Anyway, it's a small thing, and I know probably my view isn't shared, but I'm hoping one day something gets introduced. :-) Cheers ~
