Is there a way to see a specific named task and see the list of all of that task at once regardless of who it is assigned to?
For example if I have a task across multiple projects that is the same but its assigned to different teammates I want to be able to see that task list and who has completed that task and who has not.

Hi @hannah-38 , unfortunately, you won't be able to filter out a list of tasks with a specific name across multiple projects. For your case, you could add projects into one Smart folder first. Give tags to the tasks, then use filters to filter out a list of tasks of that specific tag. Hope this helps.
