Hi @ziaei , sorry, we weren't able to reproduce your issue. If the CSV file that you are trying to import doesn't contain any personal or sensitive data, would you mind sending it to support@quire.io, so we could try to import it on our end? Screenshots would also be very helpful for us to figure what is happening here. Thank you for your help.
