I would like to ask about

  1. After assigning a new member to my task, I don't want that member to see other notifications below, related to the same task in their task board. How can I solve this problem?

  2. I have created an external team for my tasks. But every time I open a new task I have to create a new external team for each task. But my team is the same. How can avoid it? How can I use the same external team for every task?

Hi @n.abbasli ,

  1. Do you mean you would like the member to see the task assigned to him/her? He/She will not be able to see other tasks in that same project? If so, you can add him/her as an external team. External team members will only have access to tasks assigned to them.

  2. You can find the external team that you have already created by toggling on Assignee an external team at the assignee icon.
