Quire - can't add "app" to task/project by API for webhook

I am coding a tiny webhook program. I tried adding "app" to both a task and a project followers with API "Update A Project/An Existing Task" addFollowers parameter, but quire returned 403 (response code). I successed for updating the task description, though.

I want any helps, tips or suggestions.
