@peggy, The option will have three inputs.

1. We specify an estimated time for the work to get completed and a due date for the job to get completed
2. We assign the work to a team member. The daily work hour allotment is already specified for that team member in the setting
3. For Example, Assume Victor can work daily for 8 hours. He gets assigned work on the 1st of March that requires 16 hrs to get completed. The work needs to be completed within 2 days i.e., by 2nd March. Then, his workload will be 100% on the 1st and 2nd of March He needs to work 8 hrs a day to complete the estimated 16 hrs of work within 2 days). If we assign additional work his work load will go over 100%. Workload view of a person helps to gauge individual workload thus facilitating manpower planning, realignment of work assignments as per workload and future forecast

Hi @enewsdigest1 , by work scheduling, do you mean features like calendar view? If so, having a native calendar is in our future plan.

As for workload estimation, it would be helpful if you could give us some examples of what information you would like to see for this feature request. Thank you.

We shall have a "custom field" feature in the future (can not promise when it will be introduced, but it's in our plan). You could then enter the estimated completion for tasks, etc.
