When sorted by date, tasks show under assigned dates. In this case it's not clear what are the parent tasks for this sub-tasks while it's usually important.
I suggest that in views that loose relation to parent tasks each sub-task can be displayed as:
[ ] some parent task > some sub-task1 > some sub-sub task 1
or maybe shortened to some number of symbols for each level:
[ ] some pare .. > some sub.. > some sub-sub task 1
or maybe at least a mouse-over tool-tip.
Hi @cv.andrej , thank you for your feedback. Our main goal is to keep the Quire interface as clean and simple as possible, that's why the breadcrumbs are hidden in the Advanced mode.

Awesome, thanks! Not sure how I missed it but it does the job for me.
Happy to close the ticket but maybe worth considering to make it default mode when sorted by date, and also move it into one line?

Hi @cv.andrej, toggle on the Advanced mode by hitting Ctrl or Alt for Mac. This way you will see breadcrumbs and paths for tasks.

Hope this helps.
