Locked columns to administrators and managers - Prevent regular users from moving tasks into locked columns. For example, there is a Delivered column and only person responsible for delivery should move tasks there, upon delivering a feature to the client.
Sortable columns - allow sorting of all tasks within one column according to selected criteria.

Hi @bojan.kezele , thank you for your feedback! I will pass your suggestions to our team.
As for sortable columns, you could sort a board by assignee, dates, and priority, etc. Then it will look like below screenshot. Is this what you are looking for?
