Seems tasks can be displayed and filtered on mobile for each user, but I can't find a similar functionality on desktop. Please help

Hi @dwmcmanus , are you looking for My Tasks? Click on "My Tasks" in the sidebar. Or are you looking for a way to create a Smart Folder? Click on the + icon at the top right corner, then "Add smart folder". If above aren't what you looking for, would you please provide some screenshots for us? Feel free to send the screenshots to support@quire.io if there is information that you consider sensitive/personal. Thank you for your help.
