Notification on SmartLauncher is erratic

Hi I use SmartLauncher Android app as my default launcher. The notification number is not according to the notifications on Quire Web. People from SmartLauncher said that they use API to get this number and they said this depends on how each app deals with the API. I would kindly ask to check if there is something that you can improve to make this works better. Thank you very much in advance.

Utilizo o App Android SmartLaucher como tela inicial e o contador de notificações que é apresentado neste app - para o Quire - não está de acordo com o número de notificações correto que é apresentado na versão web. O pessoal do SmartLauncher diz que utilizam API para obter esse número e dependendo de como os apps (no caso o Quire) implementa a API, isso pode não funcionar bem. Pediria a vocês para examinar a maneira como a API está implementada e fico aqui na torcida para que consigam um meio de ajudar nisso. Agradeço antecipadamente.
