Hi, In the help, there is an explanation on how to delete a member from a project or from an organization.

I sent an invitation to a member who never responded, and she still appears in the list of members, even though she is not associated with any project or organization.

How I can I delete thsi member completely?

  1. Please go to the Organization that you have invite the member to.
  2. Go to "Edit members", you will find "View complete member list".
  3. Inside the Complete member list, when hovering over the member's name, you can find the trash bin icon. Remove him from all the projects in that organization.

Note: if you have invited to a project, go to the organization that the project belongs to and repeat above steps. Make sure to check each organization's complete member list to remove the member completely.
