Individual and Team Performance Evaluation feature based on to-do tasks and tasks status

My suggestion is: If the platform can help will team performance grading, it will help.

For example: Ability to put some weight on every task status using Likert scale, for e.g. the score for a task:

• Not commenced = 0
• In progress - less than 50% = 1
• In progress - more than 50% = 2;
• Completed = 3

With this, each team member, for every project, and for the organization will have a periodic (weekly, monthly, yearly)
