Bug: scrolling with mouse wheel practically impossible with Windows setting "One screen at a time"

Windows 10 has two standard "Roll the mouse wheel to scroll" settings: "Multiple lines at a time" and "One screen at a time". With the latter, which is supposed to be quicker, Quire does the opposite: it practically doesn't scroll at all (it seems to scroll by individual pixels). Obviously, I'm not going to change my operating system setting (and therefore all other applications' behavior) just for Quire. In addition, making the matter even worse, Quire's custom scrollbar at the right side of the window is extremely narrow, so that workaround isn't really usable either. I've tested with both Chromium-based browsers and with Firefox.
