Quire - Access with no cell data or wifi

We use quire outdoors at job sites and do not always have cellular data or WiFi. We cannot access notes at all when this is the case. This is very problematic. With wunderlist we were able to see and add to notes, and the app would sync them later. Is there any way to do this with Quire?

@sea - you would need to access your projects when you have an internet connection first. Then when there's no internet connection, you can still add tasks or comments, they will sync back when you are back online.
