Is it possible to view member's availability

I have multiple Orgs and have project under every org. I need to have a view where I can see who is assigned what tasks and who is free (no tasks assigned. I created a Kanban board, where I have done Group by assignee and can see tasks allocated to by Team member. But there is no way for me to see who has no tasks assigned.

Also, is there a way for the Account owner to have a similar view at Account level across Orgs?
