This is just a suggestion to make it easier to manage teams. There should be a built in option to allow for an organization to have an "internal team" that can have users already in the organization assigned to. The team can be an "assignee" to a task. This would allow for a team of people to work on an item together. The functionality of "show my tasks" should show what a user directly assigned, and also what has been assigned to any team they're on.

@chayse.smith - at the moment, you could add the members into an External Team, then you can assign tasks to the entire team without assigning them to members one by one. Please let us know if this helps.

I just realized it works the way I was describing, I just would rename it from "External Teams" to just "Teams" or "Groups" or something, "External" seemed like it pointed to a different organization.
