Hi, the drag and drop functionality is not working in my account for reordering ot setting sub tasks. I am using chrome browser.

Exactly the same thing is happening in my work account but not in my personal account (which is this one). We have resorted to copy and paste which is extremely time consuming.

Hi @Sarah_Kealy - I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue.

In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:

  1. What device are you using when this issue happened? Web version or our mobile app?
  2. If happened on the web version, please let us know the browser and browser version.
  3. In what project did this issue happened? Did it happen in a specific project? Or My Tasks?
  4. Did you group or filter the project? In some grouping situation, you won't be able to drag and drop tasks.
  5. Could you kindly send us a screen recording video to support@quire.io to show us the issue?

@n.parsons - unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce this issue on our end.

Please note that under Group/ Sort filtering, you will not be able to reorder tasks and subtasks (even using drag and drop).

Could you please share with us what kind of filter/sort are you using for your project? Thank you.
