Hi Liad,
The sublist and the board exist dependently with the main list. We're not quite sure how you can make a sublist/board public without making the main list public as well. Would you mind sharing some thoughts with us? Thanks a lot!

In that case, you might want to use our External Team permission. We would like to suggest you to create different External Team for different Meeting, and when you create the sublist, choose to share with an "External Team" instead of the project members.
Of course, this is a workaround and it might not be able to solve all of your problems, but for now and until our team gets a better solution, please consider using "External Team". I will pass your feedback to our team for further discussion. Thanks!

If I have a list called MEETINGS, and want separate sublists for MEETING 1, MEETING 2... And share differently with different people

Hi Neil - Yes, I think your case might work using the External Team approach. Even if the members already exists in Quire, you can still add them as an External Team member.

Hi Peggy. Not exactly what I had in mind - but will have a look. Meantime, just to clarify: I would like to give colleagues in Quire but NOT in the current project access to sublists ONLY in the current project (where you currently can either create a private sublist)? Thanks.

PS just tested the external team:
- you can't share an existing sublist with a new external team
- you can't share new sublists with separate individuals without creating an external team for each individual
Correct?

Hi. This is something I've just come across for the exact same reasons, i.e. one project for ALL meeting agendas (separated by sublists). Would like to share these individual sublists/meeting agendas only with colleagues in each meeting. Can this be done with external team approach (as colleagues are internal and would be in Quire already)? Thanks.
