I've tried uploading png and jpeg of different sizes. I get the error "Oops ..failed to upload this time. Please give it another try!

@luke-catlin - the file upload limitation is 5MB per file. Please check if the files you were trying to upload had exceeded the limitation or not. Thank you.

@peggy Hi. Actually all the images were well under 1MB.

@luke-catlin - I'm sorry... I didn't read your question correctly. The file upload limitation isn't suitable for profile picture. Did this issue happened on the web version or the mobile app? Could you please share with a screenshot of the error message? Thank you so much.

@luke-catlin - If you were encountering this issue on our mobile app, please update your Quire app. We have fixed this issue in the newest version (v 5.19).
