Hi @yozza0 - Glad to hear that it's working. I will close this thread for now.

Hi @yozza0 - unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce this issue on our Android device. In the task list, tapping on the green add button to add a new task, I can then long press on the blank input (task title) and paste my content.

Could you please provide below information to help us investigate further?

  1. Android version
  2. Quire app version
  3. Screen cap video

Just tried again and it works! Must have been fixed recently! Thanks!

Hi Peggy, I've been having the same issue for a long time, but haven't had a chance to submit the feedback.

On the android app, in the edit title screen (project list -> task -> task title), you are unable to paste.

(Paste does work from the edit title mode (swipe left) in the project list though)

It seems quire is using its own long press options? the standard android ones would allow searching, paste, select all, etc?

@backup4g - could you please give us more details on this bug report? We weren't quite sure how to reproduce this issue. Screenshots would be extra helpful as well. Thank you so much.

Sounds like you're doing this from the project list screen?

as noted above, it works from there.

Try it from the edit title screen (project list -> task -> task title).

also, try on an existing task.

I don't have an app to take screen recordings, what do you suggest?
