Hi,

I have sent this question multiple times but still no one has responded. For some reason I cannot drag and drop a task into another position. When trying I get a red circle and nothing can move. Please help.....

@n.parsons - could you please share with the reproduce steps? We have tried to reproduce this issue on our side, but failed. Screenshots/ screen cap videos are also super helpful.

  1. Does this issue happens in the web version or the mobile app?
  2. Are you in any sort/ filter/ group mode when dragging and dropping the task?
  3. Are you in a project? Or in My Tasks? Smart Folder?
