repeat tasks shown everyday will be completed and never shown again if I make it completed on one of the day... this does not make sense. The goal for me to use this checklist is to make sure I complete everything needed everyday. So I would want to have repeat tasks containing 2 options of completion - everyday completion and general completion.

Hi @peggy , sorry for responding late. Please find attached a picture of the repeat task.. I would like to have this task repeated every week on Mondays. However, if I make it completed this Monday (tick the circle on the top left), it will never show again on the following Mondays. Could you please maybe deal with this feature so that I can check out (complete) repeated tasks every time it should be done? Thank you in advance.

Hi @xia.yf - Let me explain how the recurring task should work in Quire, if it's not working the below on your side, please let me know, there might be a bug.
This is how I have set my task to recur (just like yours).
When I complete the task today (Oct 8), the next recurring task will appear. And the due date for the newly created task is Oct 19 (because the task repeats on Monday).
I complete the task again, the next due date will be Oct 26 and so on.
Note: if the recurring task was already completed and you reopened it , completing it again will not create a next recurring task, since the task had already generated the next recurring task before. Hope this make sense.
