#3467: Quire Feedback

I primarily use quire from home, but occasionally need to access it from my office. At the office, it's constantly telling me I'm locked out! For a second it will let me see my tasks, but then boots me out.

If I go to another browser, I have the same problem but if I keep reloading, I can get it. Only then can I go back to my original browser and do the same thing - refresh a couple of times and then I can access it. I have to do this literally every time I use it!

What is going on and how do I prevent this?

Hi @info-861 - unfortunately we couldn't reproduce this issue from our end 😞. Could you please help me screenshot the lock out message so that our team can look further into this issue? Thank you very much
