The Overview tab is extremely important to me as it helps me track how my projects are progressing. The problem is I keep adding subtasks to my tasks whenever I go to work on them or plan them out. This causes the overview to both suggest a false sense of progress and a false sense of a lack of progress. What would fix this is an option to track tasks and subtasks separately and display them separately here. This way as I add more subtasks after starting to work on a task, it does not blow up the number of total incomplete tasks. Also, this would prevent the number of completed tasks and the percentage of completed tasks from blowing up as I knock out a bunch of small subtasks, which is misleadingly optimistic.
What I need to see is how many regular tasks are complete vs incomplete, both the counts and the percentages, excluding subtasks.
