Has anyone come up with a way to somewhat systematically track the quality, results, effectively of a task (of any level)? I've marked some complete, done poorly for one reason or another, and others closed because we missed the deadline (but actually were not done). This isn't for personal accountability, but I need to track the quality of some of the components legally. This is an education plan where there are legal requirements to provide x and if not compensatory services,etc. Is there a field that can be used for this consistently, is what I meant by systematically. I've tried tags but this isn't working for me. The tags get too busy and its too easy to delete one. I am often deleting some while adding or adding some I don't mean to.

What popped up in mind that probably could be a solution to your problem is a field for you to enter points for each task. This way, you might be able to keep score of a member in your team, according the the total task points that he completed. Please let me know if this feature could be any help. Thanks.
