Currently, we display the most crucial information like task names and assignees when the main (middle) panel is under a certain width, but you can always adjust the width to see more (eg. tags). And you can always see the tags of each task in its detail panel.
If this is an issue for you, please let us know why (best if with an example). Thanks.
By the way, in our upcoming Quire 2.0, we will display as many tags as possible so perhaps it would help. 😃
