Should organization be my organization/company or something else? Related, managing projects for different customers, should each customer have 1 project with various tasks? Right now I have each customer as an "organization" and the things we do for them listed as separate projects.
Hi @Seth-02 - If you transfer a project from one organization to another, the hierarchy will automatically updated for the members as well.

@peggy Thanks for the feedback. If I wanted to re-organize my hierarchy, but I've already added colleagues to certain organizations/projects, will there "assignment" be automatically updated, or will they still see the original hierarchy on their dashboard?

Hi @Seth-02 - You can view an organization as a company or a department that works on multiple projects together. Under that organization, you can then create different projects.
In your case, I would suggest creating one organization and underneath, you can have different projects for each of your clients. Then, by inviting your team members or even your clients to each project, so they will be able to see the tasks you have listed and work on the project together.
