Hi @Aaron-09 - Sorry for the late reply. We tried to reproduce this issue on our iPad but we could log in to the Quire app successfully.
Could you please try update to the newest app version (v 5.30) and see if you still can't log in? Kindly let us know the results. Thank you for your help.
