Allow color change for board icons after setting up the icon

It looks like once you create a board you can still edit the icon, but not the color for some reason. It feels like an omission and it can be a bit frustrating because if I forget to set the color from the get go, I'd have to delete the board (which may have tasks already) just to change the color.
