2 questions:

  1. When I attach a document from Google Drive to Quire, is it copied to Quire or just linked to the Google Drive document
  2. When I click on the Google Drive attach icon, I get my list of Google accounts, select one and the first time, I gave permission for Quire to access it. When I clicked OK the pop-up closed and nothing happened. Now I click on it and the list of accounts pops up, I select that account and the pop-up closes but nothing else happens.

Hi @Macbikegeek -

  1. When you attach a document from Google Drive, it is a link of the file to the Google Drive.
  2. I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I tried to reproduce this issue, but I can attach a file from Google Drive successfully. Could you please send us some screenshots or a short screen cap video showing the issue so we can better assist you. You can send the screenshots to support@quire.io.
