I think automation will definitely make Quire more powerful.

Here are some of my use cases:

  • Auto calculate due date. I heard custom field is coming, so I will set a field as Day(s) to complete, base on that value and deadline of first task, it's possible to set due date of all other tasks. This will be very helpful if we have a Project template and we need to create new project regularly
  • Base on the first recommendation, if there is a task's due date updated, all following tasks' due date will be recalculated
  • Auto assign to a person when a task is dragged to a column in Kanban board

Hi @tung.le - Thank you for your feedback. We see the importance of this feature and how this can be helpful to our user's workflow.

We consider to have an IFTTT feature in the future, allowing users to set up their own automatic workflow within Quire projects.

However, this feature hasn't been prioritize yet. I will keep you posted if I have have any updates.
