i keep getting an error message after i have logged on. only the panel on the left shows up but nothing else, just an error message saying to refresh. I tried a different browser and i logged out several times on two computers but it doesnt work

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering such an issue.

We have just updated our server and that's probably what's causing the issue. Could you please give it another try by refreshing your Quire page? Log out and log back in to see if the issue still persists.

If it does persist, please kindly let us know and send us some screenshots of what you're seeing, this way our developers can have a better understanding of what's happening. Thanks again for your help.
