#3943: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

Today there was a new version. One status column has gone missing - along with all other tasks. Also the list view has gone. Cannot add existing tasks

Let me see if I can send you screen shot of before and after

Hi @Uquire-047 - In the new update, you can switch between the Tree/Board/Timeline view in your List.

Please check if you can switch back to the Tree view from Board.

And yes, any screenshots would be very helpful! Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately now the quire page refuses to load. Seems some version upgrades in the background still happening

Hi @Uquire-047 - Sure thing. You can reach out to me at support@quire.io. I will help you there. Thanks.

Let me see if I can blur the contents

No issue with new feature. There is a status column and all tasks in there are missing. There is no way to add existing tasks to the same

I am not comfortable sharing the screen shot on public list. Is there anything I can share on email or message

Sent. thanks for your help. We really appreciate that. Unfortunately our work has stalled hence this emergency

AbhijitD, Jan 14, 2021

Hi @Uquire-047 - We've received your email. Our team is working on it as we speak. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Once I get updates from the team, I will let you know immediately.

As for the other issue, this is actually an update that we've made: When you create a new task, the task will automatically becomes the sibling task of the task you've inspected.

Sorry but found one more bug. Creating a new task is always creating First Level Sub-Task. No way to change this

As for the other issue, this is actually an update that we've made: When you create a new task, the task will automatically becomes the sibling task of the task you've inspected.

This makes no sense. I'm unable to create a basic "empty" task. It automatically sets it as a subtask of some other unrelated task. Even when I copy existing task which is on level 1, it copies it as level 2 task.

Edit: this happens even if I'm not currently inspecting another task.

Hi @ana.basaric - Thanks for your report.

Could you please send us some some screenshots or screen recording videos to support@quire.io for both the above issues? This way, our developer team can have a better visual understanding of what issues you've might encountered.

Sorry for the inconvenienced caused.

Also, even though I have automatic assignment unchecked in the Settings, after the update all new tasks are automatically assigned to me: image.png
