I'm not quite sure what had happened to your tasks. Could you please provide more details on this feedback, so we can further assist you?
If you meant, when you completed a task (ticked off a task), all of your other tasks also got completed, in this case, you might need to check if you have completed the parent task. Because in Quire, when you complete a parent task, all its subtasks will get completed as well.
