Do not render markdown comments

Quire would benefit from some way to attach comments to a section of the text in the description. While that time comes, we are doing it 'the old fashioned way, with markdown comments. <!--this is an example. After acting on a comment we remove it -->

The problem is that quire renders the comment in the html view. Could we hide them?
